Well, January is here and so is the ever popular resolution to lose weight. Yep, I have joined the band wagon. Here is why.
Just recently, my husband and I were given the exciting news that we were going to be new parents. I was going to have a baby. Not long after, I found out that I had miscarried. Not a pleasant experience. However, I gained about 15 pounds during the 6 weeks I was “pregnant”. Those 15 pounds are not going to stay.
I am 20 y.o., 5′5″, and determined to lose the 15 extra pounds I have gained. For right now, that is a wonderful goal for me, not too much, and just enough to see a difference in my body. Here is the moment of truth though.

Bust: 37.25
Waist: 30.5
Abs: 40.5
Hips: 41.75
Thighs: 24.75
Arms: 11.5
Weight: 148
Body Fat %: 27.3
Pounds of Body Fat: 40.5
I know I cannot do this alone and my bestest friend Min has decided to join me on this quest. Hooray! The other goals we have set for ourselves is to work out at least 3 times a week, drink more water, eat one serving of junk food a day, and post our thoughts every week. We are rewarding ourselves once every two weeks. I think we can do it, no, I take that back.
I know we can do it.
